Tuningfork Spirit is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care.
Our cancellation policies are designed to benefit our clients and
ensure we are in the position to provide best quality service in a timely manner
to all of our clients and as well as valuing our team member's schedules and times.
Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we understand,
appointments sometimes need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
We take your time very seriously and understand that life happens.
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment time,
we respectfully request at least 24 hours in advance.

Otherwise you will be charged for the time set aside for you:
-- An appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours notice,
will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment,
-- A No-Show/No-Call will be charged in full, 100% for the treatment.
-- A late arrival will require that the session ends at the scheduled time, meaning your session
will unfortunately be shorter, we are reserving the time for you and have other
clients scheduled after your time.
